Eileen Wickham

Join us as we chat to Eileen about her life in Transfer Agency (or as those in “the biz” call it – TA).

Eileen has worked in the Funds industry for over 25 years and continues to learn every day. The landscape of Transfer Agency has changed significantly during that time. Initially Eileen worked across all aspects of Transfer Agency, moving then to a functionalised model.

She oversaw outsourcing of work to a number of offshore locations and embedded robust oversight models in line with CBI requirements. This brought the opportunity to engage and build relationships with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
